I wanted to share my new favorite DIY because it has been a game changer for me at nighttime. I saw the idea for a pillow spray on Instagram and I had to create one for myself – this actually was super simple and took about 2 minutes to put together!
The first step is to choose your oils. For me, the best combination was:
10 drops of Northern Lights Black Spruce – great for emotional regulation, and for me makes me feel like I’m in the middle of a pine forest
10 drops of Lavender – perfect for calming and relaxation
10 drops of Valor – not only does this oil smell amazing, it also promotes emotional regulation and courage
I dropped all of these into an amber glass spray bottle (like these) and filled the rest with distilled water!
A few sprays on my pillow and our sheets before bed creates a super relaxing atmosphere that puts me right to sleep.
These oils work great for me, but you can use any combination that you feel! I highly recommend adding lavender to any nighttime blend because it is amazing for promoting a restful nights sleep.
